The owner had switched from selling to renting, so I wanted to see it.
First, the view of the Bosphorus and the Maiden's Tower was magnificent.
It's not for nothing that the greatest wars throughout history were fought to capture the Bosphorus.
Two things that caught my attention about the apartment were that the ceiling height on the ground floor was the same as a standard residence.
Second, it was that all the rooms on the ground floor had balconies.
In other words, there are balconies on all three sides of the ground floor.
The Bosphorus view from the living room balcony was breathtaking.
The penthouse apartment has a 2+1 bedroom on the ground floor and a 2+1 bedroom on the upper floor. Additionally, there are small enclosed areas on each floor.
