I am taking strong steps towards being accepted as an expert in Gayrettepe Residence Real Estate.

During the week, the gentleman who owns a commercial business near Gayrettepe called me and said that he was considering buying a place in the Selenium 34 project and gave me the technical information of the relevant residence flat and asked my opinion on the price.
He has more than one residence in the area.
We chatted with him for about 25 minutes.
We also exchanged ideas on calculating the rental price level of valuable real estate in other regions.
Afterwards, he invited me to his office for coffee.
In my business life, I have never focused solely on meeting customer expectations. 
If I focus all my time on upper segment real estate in the Beşiktaş region and property owners and buyers devote a small part of their time to real estate, I must be able to offer them service and value beyond their expectations so that I can convince myself that I can perform my job in a qualified manner.
As Henry Ford said: “If I had asked people what they wanted, I would have produced faster horses.”
