This guide to Selenium Twins apartments for sale brings together the project's location, shared amenities, apartment types and the points to check before you buy. It is based on the observations of our team, which has handled sales and lettings in the project for years, and on publicly available sources.
Selenium Twins stands on Hakkı Yeten Street in the Dikilitaş neighbourhood of Beşiktaş, in the area known as Fulya. Built by Aşçıoğlu İnşaat and opened in 2009, the project consists of two residential towers within the BJK Süleyman Seba Complex. Sources state that the two towers contain a total of 240 independent units.
This page does not list properties or prices. Because the apartments available for sale or rent in the project change often, we recommend sending us your request so that we can share a suitable apartment with you as soon as one becomes available.
The location is the strongest advantage of Selenium Twins. Beşiktaş Çarşı, Nişantaşı, Barbaros Boulevard, Büyükdere Avenue, Halaskargazi Avenue and Gayrettepe are all within walking distance. Being close to main arteries such as Barbaros Boulevard and Büyükdere Avenue makes it easy to reach the metro and metrobus connections around Gayrettepe and Zincirlikuyu.
The same complex is home to Acıbadem Hospital, a shopping area and a supermarket, and the Süleyman Seba Cultural Centre. Being able to meet many daily needs within the complex is a clear convenience for busy professionals and families.
From the security entrance, a footpath through landscaped green space leads to the towers. The tower entrances have a spacious lobby, a reception desk and seating areas.
Shared amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a Turkish bath, a fitness centre with Bosphorus views on the roof floor of one tower, a shared meeting area and an open terrace on the roof floor of the other, billiards and TV rooms, covered parking and 24/7 security. Services and the terms of use of shared areas may vary according to the building management plan.
Apartments range from one-bedroom residences to larger family apartments and penthouses. The view changes considerably with the floor and the facade: from the lower floors the sea and the Maiden's Tower can be seen, and from the higher floors a panorama of the Bosphorus and the Bosphorus Bridge. Standard residence apartments have no balcony and the open space is on the roof floor; a penthouse we viewed, by contrast, had a two-storey plan with balconies on its entrance floor.
Selenium Twins is preferred by people who want to live in a serviced residence in the city centre, close to the main business districts. The main user groups are:
