Important Problems in Residence Sales.

I have been working as a real estate agent in the Beşiktaş region, based in Gayrettepe, for four years.
Residence real estate is an important field that has been my focus for about 2.5 years.
One of the important obstacles for property owners to get the best results in residence sales is that residence property owners work with many real estate agents without authorization and think that this approach will bring them too many customers.
In reality, the process goes like this.
Many unauthorized real estate agents place advertisements with prices below their comparable prices or below the expectations of the property owner in order to attract customers.
Or, it does not advertise, but informs its customers with price levels below the property owner's expectations, just to attract customers.
As a result of this process, the price level of the residence flat appears in the eyes of the buyer as reported to them by the real estate agents.
As a result, it becomes very difficult to sell at the real price.
Other important problems caused by working with real estate agents without authorization are that the marketing scope remains in a very narrow area and when the prospective buyer emerges, the motivation to manage the bargaining process in favor of the property owner is extremely weak.
