Residence flats in Gayrettepe have experienced the same increase in real estate rental and sale prices in the last year and a half.
In the post-pandemic period, the exit from residence flats increased for a while, whereas the demand for residence flats decreased. The main reason for this was people's quest to move from closed environments to open spaces.
As the conditions of the pandemic process got used to and the effect of the pandemic decreased, people began to adapt themselves to the new normal.
The desire of foreign buyers from abroad to live in safe and luxurious residences in the center of the city has revived the demand for residence apartments.
