Are residence flats in Beşiktaş at purchasing level?

He stated that currently, purchasing real estate in Istanbul is more affordable than Dubai.
I also thought about the issue for Beşiktaş, which is my focus area.
Is now the right time to buy luxury real estate in Beşiktaş?
Demand in the housing market has not been very strong for about two years. Although looking at recent data suggests that there is a very strong demand in the housing market, I think there has been a certain level of demand, however, people are still price-oriented.
Apart from these, there was also a noticeable increase in foreign currency, especially precious metals, in the same period.
One of the important points to consider throughout Beşiktaş is that a large number of A+ residence projects have been built or are under construction in the region in the last two years.
This caused the value of existing upper segment real estate to increase.
Since I cannot control the price levels and future projections of other popular international living spaces, I am not in a position to compare the Beşiktaş upper segment real estate market with those there.
Regarding the Beşiktaş luxury housing market, what I can say is that although there are fluctuations, Istanbul, especially the Beşiktaş region adjacent to the Bosphorus, is always an attractive living space.
If I were asked whether it is the right time to buy a residence flat or villa in Beşiktaş, I would first ask the purpose of the purchase.
Afterwards, I would say that luxury residences with attractive contents can be purchased if their valuation is done correctly.
