The m² prices of the relevant residence projects are at the highest level throughout Istanbul.
The m² prices of new projects at this ceiling level also caused the prices of existing active residence projects to be updated upwards.
I realized this most concretely during my meeting with the property owner who had a residence flat in the Selenium Twins project.
The residence flat on the lower floors was recently sold for a much higher price than the price of the 3.5+1 residence flat on the upper floors, which was sold about 10 months ago.
In fact, the property owner stated that he wanted to take part in the same project for a similar price, but could not find it.
The Nişantaşı Koru project, which is next to the Selenium Twins project, is also near completion and I think this is the main reason for the price jump.
