Would you like to have a villa living space in Gayrettepe?

There are residences in Gayrettepe, there are flats in the new building, there are flats in the site, but there are no villas.
Villa is not a commercially profitable type of real estate.
Single independent section and a low-rise building. It is a very valuable living space as a type of real estate, thanks to its independent green area, but at the end of the day, it is not profitable.
Places like Levent throughout Beşiktaş serve only villa living areas.
There are villas, albeit in a minority, in living areas such as Etiler, Ulus, Bebek, Arnavutköy and Balmumcu.
As far as I know, there has never been a villa in Gayrettepe before. At least for 40 years.
I think there would be a high demand for villas in an area like Gayrettepe, which is very valuable both in terms of commercial and residential living space.
Can a villa project come to the region? I don't think it's likely, but I would love to.
