The damage of false advertisements on the sales of residence flats.

For about 18 months, I have been providing real estate services in Gayrettepe, a district of Beşiktaş, my area of expertise.
I focus special attention and work on Selenium Twins and Selenium Panorama residence projects in my region.
An important problem that I have observed in the past time is that there are not a few real estate agents trying to attract customers by offering virtual residences for sale or rental at a price below their peers.
The main purpose of this approach is to attract customers in an easy way without much effort, and to contact real advertisers by saying that they have customers and to carry out the transaction.

The only focus of the real estate agent who enters the virtual advertisement is the service fee he will earn and providing the right service to the property owner is out of focus.
In the second issue, the value of the real estate that is worked at the right price is inflicted by placing an advertisement under its peers. Buyers or tenants, who see low-priced counterparts, are reluctant to approach the right-priced real estate.
The third issue, the real estate agent focused on earning service fee in an easy way, provides extremely inadequate and inefficient sales and marketing services; this significantly reduces the probability of real estate returning to the transaction at the right price.
Finally, the buyer and the prospective tenant, who see many alternative advertisements for the same real estate (even at different price levels), are confused and their faith in the real estate decreases.
Every business has a rational, scientific and economic methodology of work-doing. It is to give the sole authority to the only expert real estate agent that will provide maximum benefit to the property owner in the real estate sale and rental business.
Everything should be left to the experts.
