Gayrettepe “Emekli Subay Evleri” Have the Potential for the Top Segment Residence Project Area in Beşiktaş and Istanbul.

Retired Officers' Houses are located in 2 parts in the Gayrettepe region of Beşiktaş district of Istanbul.
It is the living area with the most valuable location in Gayrettepe as it is adjacent to Büyükdere Cd, E-5, Zincirlikuyu and Barbaros Boulevard.
Considering the area it covers, it is the most popular urban transformation living area in Istanbul. I am not sure if there is a project area with more potential than Retired Officers' Houses.
On the other side of the road are Zorlu Center and Çiftçi Towers.
The possible project to be built here will probably be the talk of Istanbul.
And presumably, the project to be built instead of Retired Officers' Houses will include A+ residence flats, shops and offices.
I think the project will be implemented within the next 5 years.
When the Retired Officers' Houses are renovated, another page will be opened for Gayrettepe.
