I am going through an important process for customer satisfaction.

I started to focus my real estate activities in the Beşiktaş Gayrettepe region since February 2020 on upper segment real estate in Beşiktaş as of November 2023.

The period since mid-February has been a period in which I received valuable feedback from property owners and buyers regarding my real estate profession.

The buyer of a valuable office I sold in Gayrettepe stated that I was an exemplary real estate agent in the sector.

The brothers who sold the same real estate said that I would be the first person that comes to their mind when they think of a real estate agent and that I would always remain hidden somewhere.

Another valuable feedback was that during our recent phone conversation with the property owner, whose house I previously rented furnished in Gayrettepe, he said that I could write a book on marketing.

During the week, the feedback from the gentleman, with whom I have been in contact for 3.5 years and who frequently buys and sells real estate in the Beşiktaş and Şişli regions, was that my work content is at a very rare level in the sector and is based on scientific infrastructure.

Apart from these, this was the second time I received a thought sharing from a real estate agent, saying that I was his idol in the industry.

Henry FORD's sentence "If I had asked people what they wanted, I would have produced faster running horses" and Arman KIRIM's "Outside-in View Approach" are the main determinants in my view of the real estate profession.

Apart from these, 1+1 > 2 is an approach I believe in, of course by collaborating with the right people.

My ultimate goal is not to please my customers who work with me, but to impress them and to make a valuable impact on their lives. With this process, I raise the bar of the real estate profession very high.
