Gayrettepe residence ads price levels

The main residence areas in the Gayrettepe region of Istanbul Beşiktaş district, where I am a real estate agent professionally: Selenium Panorama, Selenium Twins, Quasar Istanbul, Selenium 34, Polat Tower Residence, Zorlu Residence, Istanbloom Residence.
 
At the beginning of the pandemic, the masses who were in search of open space had moved away from the residence life. With the effect of falling demand, the price increase in residences was not at attractive levels.
As the effect of the pandemic wore off, people began to adapt to the new normal.
Earthquake anxiety, security, the search for social opportunities in the living area, the demand for comfort, the lack of housing supply drew people back to the residences.
In addition, the minimum amount required to obtain citizenship was 250,000 USD, which was later increased to 400,000 USD, transforming residences into demand areas.
In the last year or so, residence price levels have reached approximately 250% in the Gayrettepe region.
Compared to two years ago, rent levels increased 350%.
I predict that there will be an attractive number of suitors of qualified residences in the coming period.
